I hope you found this video valuable. I am confident that at least 1 or 2 of the 5 steps I share here will be useful “hacks” to lose weight fast on a plant-based diet OR simply get you out of a weight plateau after a period of stagnation. My central philosophy is that you eat plenty of whole plant foods. The evidence that this is what’s best for our waistlines and our health is really compelling. But, it’s also worth saying, that simply “eating clean” is not always enough to guarantee weight loss. You must consider calories too, even if you’re eating very healthily. The tips I share here, will only be useful to you from a weight loss perspective, if they aid your being in a calorie deficit. I hope this helps.
