This Changes EVERYTHING About Pull-Ups!
May 14, 2025Let’s be straight up here, pull-ups ain’t easy. But you may be making them harder than they have to be. Stop making yourself “loose” and start plugging up those energy leaks that are sapping your strength by the time it reaches your shoulder blades!
This tightening begins in the lower body. Instead of bending your knees or keeping your lower body limp, straighten your knees and get those legs out in front of you. This will not only make you more rigid from fingertips to toes but create a body angle that is more efficient for pulling (and involving all of the muscles of the upper back as well as the lats).
Get this right and you’ll feel like you’re floating! It’s one of those simple yet oh so effective tips that can be a complete game changer. Get ready to start doing many more pull-ups than you are right now!
