30MIN Glute Strength Workout
December 11, 2024Welcome to today’s GLUTE STRENGTH workout! We are using dumbbells and a bench or a sturdy ottoman/chair. We will start each circuit with three straight sets of a strength exercise followed by a series of unilateral type exercises. On the third round of these unilateral movements we’re going to be dropping those weights and using just our body weight to reach muscle fatigue.
