Let’s HIIT It! 💥 Today’s HIIT CARDIO & CORE workout includes lots of powerful explosive movements to build power and endurance. As always low impact modifications are available and just as effective so choose what feels right for you! We are going to be performing two straight sets of each exercise in the HIIT circuits and then we will finish it all off with a series of weighted ab exercises to build strength in the core.
