Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift
4 Sets 4 Reps

Machine Hack Squat
3 Sets 8 Reps

Dumbbell Frog Pump
2 Sets 30 Reps

Eccentric Accentuated Lying Leg Curl
(Can just slow the eccentric tempo if you don’t have a partner)
3 Sets 6 Reps

Standing Cable Abduction
2 Sets 20 Reps (each leg)

Machine Calf-Raise
