That was fun! ♥︎ A short & sweet Leg Routine with the Duo „Lucas & Steve“ from the Netherlands – on their music / Anzeige

Working out is always funny when you do it together – so even if you are alone at home: Now it’s the 4 of us! 😀
I’m sure the guys enjoyed it! At least they still talked about „how intense“ it was in the radio show that they did afterwards hohoooo… But they did amazing & had just one round of practice beforehand!

▸ muscles: thighs, booty, side booty, calves
▸ obviously very suitable for all genders
▸ Level: beginner – medium
▸ advanced people: use it as a warm up
