Well, we filmed this 3x… because I was not happy with the light / setting but love the exercises sooo much, I didn’t want you to skip on this video because the „looks“ were not perfect hoho. So here we go, all good things are 3!

A Pilates-inspired workout that is…
▸ slow, elegant & graceful
▸ hard and challenging for full body muscles
▸ a mix of strength, balance & stretching
▸ I do 1 slow Pilates Style workout day each week. It’s very beneficial!

No need to stand up, no jumps or anything hardcore. It’s somehow hardcore – but not in the horrible way. If you fall on your bum during the first exercise, don’t worry haha. I did to the first time!
