Timed Pushup Challenge (JUST 10 “REPS”)

Timed Pushup Challenge (JUST 10 “REPS”)

September 29, 2024 0 By FitnessTips

Here’s a pushup challenge that I stumbled across that consists of 10 pushups in sequence making up 1 single rep. Breaking it down, the sequence looks like this:

– Pushup to shoulder tap (R)
– Pushup to shoulder tap (L)
– Pushup to knee tap (R)
– Pushup to knee tap (L)
– Pushup to toe tap (R)
– Pushup to toe tap (L)
– Pushup reach back (R)
– Pushup reach back (L)
– Mike Tyson pushup
– Pushup to crawl back
– Squat to stand

If this seems easy, remember, this entire sequence is just 1 rep. Want to give it a try? See how many reps you can do and leave a comment with how many successful pushup sequences you can complete!
