This is a 20 min legs and booty workout that is part of the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. There’s 19 booty and legs exercises in this routine and you can follow this workout with or without weights.

If totally fine if you do not have any equipment. Just follow the movements without weights and familiarise yourself with the exercises and focus on your form. You can incorporate weights as you get stronger or when you manage to get them.

Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
