I hope you found this video where I share my step-by-step game plan to lose weight in 30 days on a vegan diet. I want to emphasise once again, the key for me to get in my BEST shape ever as a vegan…was to follow a whole foods plant-based diet. Being vegan did not automatically lead to these results. I have to focus on eating plant-based; whole plant foods making up the majority of my meals. There’s a couple of other principles beyond that which also helped results, so I look forward to sharing these with you in the video.
